Panthers vs Falcons Game Day Running Commentary

Didn't hear Colberts name mentioned much this game. Fox probably gave him a Century 21 phone number.

 

Excellent performance to make a statement! Suddenly I'm jacked about the possibility of the playoffs. On the other hand, Atlanta has lost some significant players on defense, and some of our perfomance must be attributed to that. But Foster looked more decisive and there was actually decent blocking for him. Proehl got these boys ready today, for sure.

 

Props to the Panther fans who showed up in LARGE numbers before the game, and then made the Dome a carolina home game once the team smacked the birds in the beak.


Saw Pantherfanz before the game, and got some great video of him during....it was actually funny when they put him on the jumbotron with a caption "future Pappa Smurf" under him. Even is he is a future Papa Smurf, he was ATL's daddy on Sunday.

I actually got heckled by a Flacons jackhole while I was shooting the video. I turned to him and said, "The only reason I can actually hear you is because your team is getting its ass kicked." He shut up and then left at halftime.

 

Hey Mike, let us know when to watch for the Pantherfanz video. From the tv it looked like it was far from a sell out

 

I'm gonna try to get some mof it on TV tonight at 10. It wasn't a sell out from my vantage point--upper deck had a lot visible green, but still, the Panther folks in the house made me feel right at home.
