    On one of the last plays of the game too.

    If you had forgotten just how special he is, I imagine he had effectively reminded you by the end of the first drive. He caught two balls for 16 yards and a touchdown, and carried four times for 18 yards. This is what he did while shaking off rust.

    Running backs have a shelf life that's in direct correlation to how much they're used, and I would rather save CMC for a winning season than try and keep him on the field this year. I'm totally good with limiting his snaps now and turning him loose in 2021, when we will hopefully have the defense fixed, or at least forcing more than one punt a game.

    I wouldn't be against limiting or shutting down McCaffrey and Jackson. I've seen enough positives to consider this season a success. I'd like to have those two fully healthy for the '21 offseason.
