    Jake is a better option than Weinke, but I think we have to seriously consider releasing Jake in the off-season and going in another direction if a competent quarterback is available. I don't recall the specifics of his contract, but it escalates either this year or next and he certainly won't be worth top 5 money. Obviously you're all aware of my position on Jake, but beyond an objective cost/benefit analysis, he just robs my enjoyment from watching Panthers games. It makes me sick to see stupid mistakes, even in games where he later comes back and makes up for it. I'd rather have a boring QB who may not be as good, but won't have the stomach-turning moments.


    And yeah, the O line sucks big time today. For that matter, our D line does too.

    Also, Rod Smart is not a return man.

    I have to think the end was Jordan Gross' responsibility on that play, and not Stephen Davis'. If not, he obviously should have been.

    I'm glad we gave Morgan a huge contract.

    Gamble has been hitting today. :wtf23: Good job, Chris.

    Bill Maas should be tortured to death, perhaps by listening to his own broadcasts 24/7.
