DeAngelo's out and Stewart still has a less-than-100% achilles. I'm good with him not getting 35 carries.

can only disagree if significant upgrades are NOT in place for 2010 camp in the following areas:

OC (since Fox probably stays, need a talented creative guy to run the show offensively)
ST Coach (murder that damn crossman guy)
QB (FIND A STARTING NFL QB! Maybe jake will take a pay cut to be a backup...cringe)
WR2 (smitty ain't superman anymore and can't do it all by his lonesome)
DT (just one consistent quality player to replace Kemo)
CB (trade gamble and find a talented CB with a brain larger than a walnut)
DE (peppers unaffordable . .. not expecting upgrade, just a REAL DE instead of all the situational non-starter types on the roster)

it's OK. It's more that the snarky p99 threads that turn into game threads are bad luck.

Another week, another fine for Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive lineman Jeremy Trueblood.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Trueblood was fined $25,000 for unnecessary roughness -- striking an opponent after the play was over -- during Sunday's loss to the Carolina Panthers.

Fines are nothing unusual for Trueblood, who last week was fined $7,500 for taking his helmet off in an on-field confrontation. According to Schefter, the $25,000 fine is Trueblood's fourth of the year. He has also been fined twice for unnecessary roughness.

The NFL is starting to increase the amount of Trueblood's fines because he's a repeat offender, and Buccaneers coach Raheem Morris has said that if Trueblood can't clean up his act, it will begin to cost him playing time.
