Who is/are our biggest failures at running back? Either because of injuries or lack of production next to cost, or whatever...

    Tshimanga Biakabutuka
    Fred Lane
    Anthony Johnson
    Stephen Davis
    Nick Goings
    Brad Hoover
    Derrick Moore
    Lamar Smith
    DeShaun Foster
    Richard Huntley

And what was the name of our FB before Hoover? His name escapes me but he played for the 49ers before us I believe.

I think Timmay was our biggest failure. He tied up the spot for a long time so he not only sucked but he prevented us from finding a better back.

Griffith was our first and best, then Scott Green, then William Floyd

THAT'S it. Floyd. I remember him being something of a problem child with too many personal fouls. Interesting that he isn't even listed as breaking into the top 10 on our list (meaning he got less than 665 yards in his career here).

Fullbacks do not get a lot of yards rushing usually.

I would say Griffith was our best ever fullback followed by Hoover then Floyd.
