Any of you guys subscribe? They have an article about Foster with the title "Feeling much better now". I was wondering if it updates his health status and if maybe we put him on IR too quick.

Fuck if I'm paying for amateurs to write badly edited info.

I had a chance to turn my site into a pay site. And fuck if I was going to do that, either. Actually, it burned me out of writing for a while.

RB DeShaun Foster said his surgically repaired shoulder is feeling much better. "I'll be ready for the minicamps," Foster said. "I'll probably start lifting hard the first of the year, and then we'll go from there." Asked if he might have been able to return from this injury this season had the team not put him on injured reserve, Foster replied, "I don't know. The collarbone is a tricky thing. Maybe if I wasn't going to be taking a pounding all the time, I could have (come back this year). But as a running back, you're going to get hit. You don't know what's going to happen. This was best for the team, I guess."

If he can not lift until after the first of the year then he does not need to be playing football. I am glad we put him on IR. He is fragile enough.

Maybe I am being too optimistic but I think we can team Foster and Goings to have a decent backfield next year.

yep. Anybody who wants to put down words is cool - I don't really want to judge too much based on talent, editing, etc., because who gives a shit? But people who try to force you to pay to see content pisses me off, whether it be draft information, analysis, or just some goobers taking message-board level content and trying to get you to pay for that.

In the end I could've gone and done this for a living easily. Very easily. But to hell with it, not where I wanted to go. I've made my money in writing.

From what I understand, the people writing for them probably won't see too much money. I know I have not planned a cruise waiting for a check :laugh1:

I write technical articles, papers and even exam questions all of the time and I feel like it has wasted my time taking journalism classes. So I write just for fun and started sending my stuff up to Insiders just so it gets posted up on Foxsports and Yahoo as well for free. The only payment I truly need is the occasional email I get from time to time saying they like what I do.
