He's not Weis, but he's the right mold of coach. He's also not going to pick up and leave in a year. A QB technician who probably wouldn't have come on as a QB coach, hence the dual title. With two former coordinators on board and two brilliant X's and O's guys in Boudreau and Breaux, we should have the right mix to scheme an intelligent ground game.

At first I was mad we didn't get a good QBs coach until I delved more into DH's actual background. Now all I hope is that RW, Skipper, and others get involved with the gameplanning.

Now all we need is a power back, two blocking roleplayers, and a right tackle.

I think Huntley can fill the bill next year until we can draft one with Boudrea still onboard maybe Jordan will come through at G and hopefully we can get a blocking FB to fill another void.

RT? Unless he commands a starters salary I like Todd Weiner from Seattle, from what I've seen and read about this guy he's better than Terry and some folks seem to think he could be moved to LT with a little more grooming.

Henning will open up the passing game a little more than the three yard dink and dunk shit we did last year. If I recall correctly, most of his short passing was of the 7-10 yard variety rather than the 2-3 yard nonsense from this past year. He's not afraid to throw the deep ball occasionaly either . We'll be more smashmouth than anything when it comes to the new O.

The personel we have now may not be an exact fit for this scheme so I look for some changes maybe at TE (Walls stays I hope, but the backups may be in trouble), RT, maybe both guards(depends on KD's rehab), and definately at FB. Huntley may find some competition at RB through the draft or a low cost FA RB.

Turns out I'm still mad at the QBs coach thing. And RW, Skipper, and anyone else possible? If they have any input into gameplanning I'd be surprised.
