    Too bad Jenx couldn't stand Charlotte, but after living in DC for a few years myself, I can see where he's coming from. He's certainly looking good so far this year...

    a true metro area isn't something you can slap a bunch of sprawl and a bunch of big bank buildings on and say it's so. NYC > almost anywhere.
