I think Lou Stenson is ESPN's entertainment reporter.

Just a flashback before it starts:

But perhaps no loss was as stunning as the 38-36 debacle in 1999, George Seifert's first year as head coach.

Tshimanga Biakabutuka carried the ball four times for 108 yards in the first quarter, scoring on three touchdown runs of 60, 1 and 45 yards as Carolina staked to an early 21-0 lead. But in the second quarter Seifert inexplicably went to Fred Lane in one of the more mysterious decisions in team history and the Panthers offense quickly stalled. The Redskins rallied behind quarterback Brad Johnson and won.

It's a game defensive end Mike Rucker still remembers to this day.

"At the time I was thinking maybe (Seifert) knows something I don't know," said defensive end Mike Rucker. "But I guess that wasn't it. That was a surprise."
