Been there done that twice. Stick in behind knee and then adjust it to go under knee cap. Only way it could possibly be worse is if they kicked my nuts first

I do it about every 6 months for cortisone shots. I've started the artificial injections which is 1 injection for 5 weeks. Yesterday was shot 2.....

I'm only in the whine and complain about it phase right now. I'm not ready yet to see a doctor and move on to the "stick a needle in it" stage.

Advil three or four at bedtime...the liquid kind. Of course if that doesn't stop it after three or four days. Doctor.

I've had knee problems since I fucked it up running 10 years ago. I didn't get it taken care of until this year with a Physical Therapist.

I had tendonitis and issues with my IBT which my PT help me work through with exercises, massages, and isostem.

Yes it sure can. And after 3 years of having bone on bone in my right knee and after taking 6 Ibuprofens at a time, did not stop the pain one bit. And after I found out I had severe RA. I even had to quit working, as other joints were starting to act up. But as far as knee pain goes::::::::
I had the sucker REPLACED. A Total New Knee. YEAH
The BEST thing I ever did. Now 2 years later I can eve3n ride a bike again...
