So, Pacman literally threw around 81K in cash onto the strippers that was "intended as a visual effect". And apparently expected no one to fuck with the money. Right.

The Titans should lock the dude in a room and let him out on Sundays. Too stupid to go outside.

More solid evidence that the reputation that this pussbucket has, is deserved. He had a lot of baggage while in college which kept most teams away. Just another dumb bastard that needs to be somewhere other than in the limelight.

No hope is left for Pacman
    Commentary by JOE BIDDLE
    Staff Writer

Published: Tuesday, 03/27/07 I knew I should have gone to law school.
Imagine, it could be me raking in Pacman Jones' attorney fees.
No wonder the troubled Titans' star retains a law firm in his home state of Georgia and another in Nashville.
Legal problems continue to pile up for Pacman. He is now subject to facing felony charges in Georgia and Nevada. Two states. As Borat would say, "Very nice.''
Las Vegas police broke more than a month of silence when they held a press conference Monday to announce they would recommend to Clark County District Attorney David Roger that three charges be filed against Jones. They stem from a triple shooting at a strip club during NBA All-Star weekend.
Las Vegas police want Roger's office to pursue a felony coercion charge, along with misdemeanor battery and threats to life charges.
Pacman is no stranger to trouble. He has been involved in 10 documented incidents that included either being questioned and/or arrested by police, all since being drafted by the Titans two years ago. None has stuck to this point, but his attorneys' meter is running hot.
    Troubles multiplying
Las Vegas officials felt confident they had enough to make these charges stick, despite the fact they have not identified the shooter.
A number of Titans officials are with NFL representatives in Phoenix, as NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell is formulating what is believed will be a stern code of conduct with strong punitive actions taken against those who run afoul of the law.
Pacman Jones would be the NFL's poster-child. A dubious NFL record is not out of reach — Pacman alone is chasing the Cincinnati Bengals for number of legal scrapes over the past year.
The 23-year-old Jones faces a crossroads in his professional football career. He has been defiant in his refusal to change his lifestyle. He appears in court with sagging jeans and shirttail out, a sign of disrespecting authority.
    Rules of the street
Pacman Jones lives by the rules of the street. He still runs with his boys from the old days. That is his choice. It's a free country. But there are consequences when laws are broken.
Numerous attempts to help Jones have fallen on deaf ears. Teammates have mentored him. Coach Jeff Fisher has tried to get the message across. Nothing gets his attention.
There is a videotape I saw on the Internet that shows Pacman at a club. He looks directly into the camera and defiantly unleashes a profanity-laced diatribe about how he's not changing for anyone. This is who he is. This is who he always will be.
If somebody doesn't like it, tough. No one is going to tell him what to do, or how to do it.
He's Pacman. He's bulletproof. He's young, has money, women, fancy cars, big houses. That is all made possible because of his ability on the football field.
Those days are numbered. Then he can be the thug he wants to be and no one will care what happens to him.
