...probably.......though denied by Owens' agent by way of Jay Glazer, Owens Fox Sports says another source says there is a 3 year contract between Owens and the Cowoys.

Also PFT says there is no contract......I think there is a deal in place.

I wonder if Dallas will be featured on SportsCenter this year.

Did not know whorehouses were legal in Dallas. But they must be, because Jerry Jones is certainly the the biggest one around. To bring in the guy that at one point was enemy #1 for standing in the star at midfield is just plain selling out.

those days are over....loyalty and the NFL parted ways back in the early 90s....FA changed this game....some think for the better some think not....I like it to an extent, but I do miss watching a player start and finish with a team too....I guess I like the competitive side of the FA thing more than I miss the loyalty.

I also like seeing teams like Dallas, Philly and Washington throw money at players and then not even make the playoffs....you still have to achieve continuity to win...no one is better than New England and in my opinion Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh has been plugging players in for years and still winning....they do not over pay.....Panther's are following the same guidelines....

I understand all the jazz about FA. The reason I call out Jerry Jones on this is because anytime I am in Dallas and turn on the TV and see some ad or local interview with Jones regarding the Cowboys he is always talking about his pride, his passion, his commitment, his duty to the tradition, legend and legacy of the Cowboys. He portrays himself as the guardian of all that is good and righteous about 'America's Team'. Terrell Owns represents one of the historic bad guys in Cowboy Lore. To just turn around and dismiss all that you supposedly hold so sacred and just hire this mercenary is just two faced.

if they make the contract right, perhaps owens will be forced to behave himself. Don't tell me they didn't take his behavior into account.

Besides. Dallas will be front page news at least twice each NFL season...when they play the eagles.

Some outlets are saying it's crap. Haven't seen anything definite yet.

If it is true, the division games with the Eagles will be extremely interesting for the next few seasons.
