I think he's going to the Eagles or the Skins who both have good offensive minds as HC

Perine fits this offense but he's an ordinary back. No way he is even a consideration at 40. He should be available on the third day.

I love Perine but he's not going to break all those tackles in the NFL. And he should be there in the third. I'd be fine with that, but I really think if we pass on some of the talented DBs to reach for Perine in the second, I'll fucking kill someone.

As for 8...man, I still want Fournette but if the Jags take him like the speculation is going, I think I'm praying for Lattimore.

The NFCS is becoming a playground for alpha receivers and QBs, and it just makes sense. Bradberry is ok at best, and Worley is NOT a good NFL cornerback. This is not a solved position by any stretch of the imagination.

As a matter of fact, maybe I want ML MORE than Fournette....I dunno. I would still be ecstatic with Hooker as well.

It will be difficult to not come away with a good player at #8. Not impossible, but difficult. Hopefully the Addison contract takes Barnett off the board and Kalil should definitely prevent reaching for one of the tackles. I don't want Howard or Ross but if one of them is the pick then you still have a freak athlete, so it's not a disaster.

Is Davis much better than Ross I wonder?

Either would fit here, just in different roles. Ross takes the top off a la Ginn whereas Davis would be a better version of Benjamin/Funchess. That said, I don't want to spend that pick on a wide receiver given that I think it would have less of an impact than the other options.

I love Davis. I disagree with Collin that he's not an impact on this offense right away. I think Cam has lost trust in everyone that doesn't have two 8s on the jersey. Davis will help that.

So I see some talk of Kamari at #40. Thoughts? As a disclaimer, this question is under the assumption we didn't get Fournette at 8.

I mean, doesn't WR now become one of our BIGGEST needs??? We're awful there...and slow as shit. Byrd I so doubt is the answer, ffs...
