Good win over Norway, can't wait for the Sunday night against Canada. That will be a hot ticket in Vancouver.

I agree with the announcers from today's game though. Seems to be too much risky play going on from our defensive guys. We are getting sucked up way too much and will not be so lucky when Crosby and players of that caliber are on the other end of a 2-1 or 3-2.. Other than this, I think our guys are playing great. Canada had a tough one tonight that they had to squeak out in a shootout against Switzerland.

Slovokia beating Russia was an upset. The Big Bear will still be tough to handle.

Yeah I stayed up after I turned it back on there and saw that in the 3rd it was tied up 1-1. Slovakia played a very good tough game and was able to win in the 7th shootout frame even after Ovechkin shot in 3 of the 7 and Malkin got 1 shot also. This definitely helps us as far as points go with both our wins coming in regulation. Even if we don't defeat Canada on Sunday, maybe we can at least force OT and get another point to stay up near the top and fight for the bye after the preliminary rounds.
