    1) Do you see Deshaun Foster getting more than 5 carries in the Jacksonville game?

    2) Will Foster be used in 3rd down mostly or just to give Davis a breather?

    3) Will Walter Young be involved much with the O this week or will it mainly be Moose, Smith and Proehl?

    4) Will Eugene Baker or Steve Smith return kicks?

    5) Do you see us opening it up a little more based on our improvement in the running game and receiver position or just simple ball control?

    6) Is Jacksonville' s D any good this year?

I know we won't know to Sunday just wanted some opinions.

He'll be on the field, but won't get TOO many carries in just yet... he'll probably be in for a few plays, but not the ACTUAL carries... he should slowly increase his number of carries as the year goes on

    2) Will Foster be used in 3rd down mostly or just to give Davis a breather?
Early on as relief later on as a 3rd down back

    3) Will Walter Young be involved much with the O this week or will it mainly be Moose, Smith and Proehl?
It'll mainly be Moose, Smith, and Proehl... but with Smith possibly covering all return duties I'd expect him to see more time on the field to give Steve a breather

    4) Will Eugene Baker or Steve Smith return kicks?
Smith will return kicks I'd assume... Rod Smart is the #2 option for that... I'd like to see Baker on punt returns and Smith on Kick returns

    5) Do you see us opening it up a little more based on our improvement in the running game and receiver position or just simple ball control?
You can still pass and use ball control... something I have a feeling we still haven't learned... I expect more Play Action passes

    6) Is Jacksonville' s D any good this year?
Hard to say... they are old so it depends on what they bring to the table... do they bring experience or tired legs... I'm gonna think for now they won't be able to keep up with anyone the entire game... this is VERY good considering our offensive style

They usually only activate 4 WRs, including Hankton. Young may not be even activated. If they activate Baker to return, even less chance. Eventually he will be obviously, but not until he's ready to be at least the #3 WR, I bet.

    6) Is Jacksonville' s D any good this year? Middle of the pack at best. The Panthers should be able to score 21-28 points IMO

Yeah if we play 2nd and third string

But if its first against first be prepared for 13 points,
    if we are lucky

    1) Do you see Deshaun Foster getting more than 5 carries in the Jacksonville game?

Not likely to be much more. 4 or 5 carries max I'd say.

    2) Will Foster be used in 3rd down mostly or just to give Davis a breather?

Breather mostly in Jax, though I do see a role for Foster eventually in third down plays with a healthy Davis. I don't know if we will see that this week though.

    3) Will Walter Young be involved much with the O this week or will it mainly be Moose, Smith and Proehl?
I think it will be interesting to see who gets activated, Young or Baker. Baker can return kicks, and I know that they'd like to decrease the amount Smith returns.

    4) Will Eugene Baker or Steve Smith return kicks?

I think we will see a little of both.

    5) Do you see us opening it up a little more based on our improvement in the running game and receiver position or just simple ball control?

Well, the excuse last year was lack of talent. Can't use that twice in a row with the efforts we have made to try and improve.

    6) Is Jacksonville' s D any good this year?

No, IMO. Right now, I don't like what I'm hearing.

Their lineman, some high picks and expensive FA, have come into camp out of shape. Linebackers are smallish and have injuries. I've always considered their secondary overrated. They get torched.

If we can't beat this team, we got problems.
