    He hasn't really been a top receiver since he was in New York. He's still living off that catch from his rookie year.

    It depends on whether he clears waivers. I wouldn't be surprised if Jacksonville or Washington laid in a claim, they both have the salary cap room to honor his contract. I'm sure the Falcons and Saints would both be interested, but neither can afford his hit. And if Cleveland renegotiates his salary down near the league minimum, he's almost guaranteed to be claimed by someone.

    I would imagine the Saints would be interested since they were waiting on Thomas and now he's done. Plus they love signing assholes.
