    Jake Delhomme was cut several times and went to Europe before he finally stuck with the Saints.

    I have listened to Basenez on an interview and he seems like he has something to him. I'm not saying that he is Jake, but I do think that he has intangables, the 'it' kinda thing going.

    Even if he does get cut, I don't think it is the last we will see of him.

    Omar Jacobs was cut by the Steelers. I'd take him over our two, but I imagine he'll be claimed by someone higher in the waiver priority.

    After the way he played the other night, I am real surprised they cut Jacobs. Do you think he free-lanced a little too much?

    Lester Ricard and Tyler Tharp. Tharp is a UDFA this year from Boise State and Ricard is another UDFA that spent last year on the Jags practice squad.
