I'm not advocating for Ol' Pete but if he's available he would be a good fit. Pair him with a somewhat more progressive OC that isn't a product of hype maybe with an eye towards succession....

LMAO, you can have him. We will throw him in a package with Russell Wilson, you send us Burns and your 2022 first round pick.

yes I'm slowly talking myself into this. Russ won't come here with his career so close to the end... he could do lots of damage in Pittsburgh tho

Denver wants him but they're still kinda building and that division is tough even moreso if the raiders hire a good coach.

Daboll is a nice OC, but you're rolling the dice any time you hire a guy with no HC experience. Same with Bienemy, although it's not even clear how much he has to do with Kansas City's success, especially now that the Chiefs are only scoring points against the stubborn ass Raiders.

Doug Pederson won a Super Bowl with Nick Foles and he's available. Not flashy, but you're getting a high floor, which is harder to find than people think.

NFL head coach is the only job in the world where prior experience is considered a negative. Obviously, that's insane and ridiculous.

** Baylor and Temple don't count as prior HC experience.

Pederson committed the cardinal sin of challenging ownership. That makes him more radioactive than hue jackson

GM is probably more important than HC, to be honest.

This GM is still in the honeymoon phase with Panthers fans, but I already think he's the worst GM in team history. It's like someone fused the worst excesses of Hurney and Gettleman and shat out Scott Fitterer.

Coaches win games GMs win seasons; injury attrition is a huge factor in who ends up with the lombardi

I'm not sure you can really say that about Fitterer yet, given that he all but reports to Rhule on Personnel moves. I think we need to see his contract moves before judging his fitness for the job.
