Leveling out the backyard this weekend. Dig Safe has been through my yard! It's funny seeing it with all the flags.

Windows get put in the 25th and 26th of this month. I hope I see a difference in my AC bills!!

....hey Coops, the caulk that is used in/on replacement windows will harden up like year old Christmas candy. Make damn sure the guy with caulk gun gets a tip before he starts the job. And don't allow anybody to apply caulk after being on the job 10 hrs or so and they've got to drive 80 miles home.
Trust me on this one bro.
Talk to your installer and he'll understand.
You have to understand that the installer won't be paid a dime for coming back to your house the next day, so even though you're paying good money for your product and you expect a good job, and no doubt you deserve a good job, .....don't forget that these guys are gonna be tired and ready to go home.
Grease your palm and hook a worker up with gas $ and $100 bucks to come back the next day, you'll be happy that you did.

I wish I would have gotten those when I replaced mine. One side come totally out the other side stays put. That means sitting on the sill and reaching out to clean that one. Not so bad downstairs I can go outside and do them but upstairs is kinda scary(have I mentioned I don't like heights)

If you have small windows the prices aren't bad. When you have big windows like I do they are very expensive. The majority of our windows are 3x5 and 5x7 and they are really expensive. You can cut the costs by putting them in yourself but make sure you seal them up good around the frame or you are just wasting money on new windows
