new moderator

You may want to consider an outside firm to do your interviewing... currently you got people moving Nascar related stuff out of the Sports room into Rant and Rave...

Anybody that does not think NASCAR is a sport, well is probably just some nerd that does not have an athletic bone in his body... :cool:
 
not sure what you're talking about, sandy. bear is a HUGE nascar fan. he was checking his mini tv in the dugout of our softball game a few weeks back -- just to see the race.

you may have wanted to post this in the sports forum, not music...

so, lex? there's no real responsibilities -- just seeing your name in lights. you get to move threads, edit them and close them, but that's about all the perks. oh, your name shows up in bold on the whos online. :)
 
Nah, the point was a moderator (which is your subject here) moved a Nascar related thread I started the other night from the Sports room to Rant and Rave... so in a smartass way, I was just saying you might want an outside agency to place your moderators since the current method has produced some questionable ones -

Its all fun and no biggie at the end of the day.
 
i think you're mistaken, sandy.

a moderator can only manipulate threads in their forum. the sports forum had no moderator until 9:06 this morning.

i moved that gordon thread from r&r to sportstalk this morning.
 
Put lex in charge of the "At this Moment" thread. I'm not sure if she can handle a whole forum. What can you handle sexy lexie?

i was really wanting mVm's job. or maybe a "fake" football forum for the ladies, but hey, maybe next year. ;)
