    3 ACL tears in 3 years, has anyone come back to play football after that? You have to think this is the end of his career, at the very least his Panther career.

    awful news. Davis has a good agent though. After two, you gotta wonder about three. got one extra-retire-on pay bump just in case.

    You can tell they like JWilliams, they didn't cut his ass and they played him as the primary backup WOLB in the preseason.

    Jason Williams, who was the No. 8 linebacker when the Panthers reduced their roster to 53 players, will take over the starting job in place of the injured Thomas Davis on the weak side.

    That's just scary.

    Williams does make some sense. Hope he's not playing too much at once, however.
