    No one's above replacement.

    Aside from the QB, as in the OP, the hardest to find of similar quality would be Smith or Peppers. We can find a Gross out there. We can find people to be good at Smith or Peppers' positions, but not Smith or Peppers quite so easily.

    I think Yas left Charlotte with some serious disdain for both Charlotte and the Panthers.
