    Heard from a good source that he's done for good, achilles.

    Not really surprising, although I wouldn't have guessed achilles.

    So - good thing we drafted Beason.

    What a shame.

    If he had to be done, I'm glad it was the achilles that did it. Maybe that means he got out before reaching the stage where the concussions will cause him problems later in life.

    Best of luck to him. He always played with a lot of heart.

    i doubt it.. he will always be alil cross eyed for now on... but the good news is he will always have a job behind the espn desk:goofy:

    If this is true it is probably a cumulative thing. An achilles can be fixed.

    Very true. I had a relative blow out (tear) his achilles racing his brother on the beach and he had to have reconstructive surgery on it.
