I don't know how it could be.

Of course, much like with guys like Grant, all we have on what we tried to do is agentspeak v/s 'anonymous team source' and if the agent's happy, the agent doesn't talk. So who knows if 'team source' is being geniune and we really gave WW an offer almost as big.

Good enough point on Hartwig. We'd have had to have settled for a cheap vet that wouldn't last much longer than Mitchell. Still, we can't really push the Hartwig thing that hard till he produces some.

Plus, I just don't know if 2 expensive LBs, or one expensive one, is "necessary". Hate to be that way, but I think we can get good production out of regular guys (a la the Donnie Edwards topic).

 

I joked with my cousin over the summer that I was going to purchase some kind of insurance on Morgan...wish I had!

Really nice article. I will say the author is focusing on the number of concussions, but many of the quotes focus on the nature of the symtoms, recovery from them, etc. Morgan played some year, maybe 2003, when he was still having symtoms.

 

Great article. Somebody needs to get that to him somehow and makes sure he reads it. I know he never will and it's pointless, but, damn, he needs to listen to other players that have gone thru this. He has a wife and young daughter to think about. And from what I've read, a bunch of his teammates are worried about him.

 

The first one I remember him getting was vs Tenn '03.
