    wouldn't make much of that. I'd have put Holmgren at about 5-10% chance if it was all JR - with the 1999 thing and all - but I have a hard time buying a league insider thinking that Holmgren was the best option.

    interesting, I guess. They like him. You would have to hope that they do clean house there and get something real -- I wanted what was there to work. It didn't.

    That's odd but then he has been inactive a few times this year. Alexander started off hot with a bunch of batted balls early on and may have made Kearse expendable. Then again Alexander hasn't been heard as much from lately
