I don't think I've ever complained about anything here. I'm very agreeable and cordial.

 

The cucker is usually nicer than the cuckee.

 

I want to be balanced. I could give two shits about 4 wide, flee-flickers and trick plays.

Running the ball enables you to control the clock and rest the defense. Its not rocket science. I want to see us use our talent. Had we invested heavily in our WR's i'd probably want to see more passing but we didn't.

Run the ball, let it setup play-action and dump it off for short passes when it isnt there. We don't need to abandon the zone read or our deep passing game either. We just need to be balanced and the big plays will come from all areas, TE's, RB's and WR's.

The "title" of the Tolbert article suggests "run-heavy". Tolbert never says we'll be run heavy, just that were gonna run the ball.

 

I don't mind running the ball but I'm worried that Shula isn't creative (or frankly, qualified) enough to be a good offensive coordinator. He was pretty bad last time. Maybe he's gotten better but I don't have that expectation. I'd love to be completely wrong about him. I've been wrong about people often.

 

Wins = Entertainment, Don't know about you guys but I'd sure as hell be entertained if we were a lets say, a 11-5 team that had 500+ carries in a season!
