I'll tell you in December ...Has potential to be a great hire. A young coach that could be around for many years. Considering the timing of all this, I'm pleased.

I was kinda hoping for Croom.
Will Shula recruit well? With either guy, the concern for me would be whether or not he can go grab quality assistants this late.

i'd say that recruiting will be fine. he gets almost a year to establish a philosophy. the biggest hurdle will be overcoming the sanctions.
