Saw on ESPN that the Panthers are one of a couple teams that haven't said no.

NFL network so and so said that according to teams and common sense that nobody would show any gunuine interest until the league determined how he would count against the roster while he is on suspension.

He could never throw well anyway. The only thing I would worry about is if he has lost any of his agility or speed. He is probably very well rested and healed up. I do not want him on our team under any circumstances but I wonder what he could do as a slot receiver?

All the 'rest and healing' he could've had is probably overshadowed by rust, I've said it before I'll say it again: look at what one year away did to Pacman Jones.

We don't know if he has the hands, let alone the toughness to work the middle

He wouldn't last long catching balls over the middle.

backup in a Slash mold is as good as can be expected from him. He's never really progressed from instinct and that won't have been improved in prison either.

He actually had very good accuracy on the deep passes, but you can't expect that to be the same after not throwing a ball in two years.

How is his lower body strength? I don't think they have the leg press in prisons, though I could be wrong. Can he still make those great plays with his feet? You have to really think about these questions before you consider looking at him. If he's not physically capable, then you're just creating an enormous distraction for your team.
