I want to create a message board/chat room on a web site for my family to interact with each other. I'm clueless about how to do it or what software to use. Any suggestions on where to begin?

The easiest you can do since you have no idea how to install one is to create one at http://www.ezboard.com This isn't good for large groups, but for something only for a business it will work
