Sounds like meat was right (not that we doubted it):

14:06 PT: Pat Yasinskas, of the Charlotte Observer, reports for the Sporting News Carolina Panthers WR Muhsin Muhammad has been one of the team's most impressive players during the June coaching sessions. Muhammad seems to be practicing with a purpose as he tries to get off to a good start with the new coaching staff after he had some off-field troubles during the off-season.

11:53 PT: Panthers.com reports Carolina Panthers rookie RB DeShaun Foster began the catch-up process Monday morning at the team's coaching sessions. Monday is Foster's first practice with the team since reporting last week; his college, UCLA, just finished its session. Foster and the team is confident he can catch up, as he spent a lot of time studying the team's playbook.
