He's several years away from that year. I might work him out. But he'd have to show something. He looked bad at the combine, and he was healthy then.

Do you waste a PS spot on a slow back because he looked good in college three years ago?

Clarett was said to be faking the injury. He was upset he wasn't practising with the first team.

Just say no on Clarrett. I say we just draft a back on the first day that we think can be our feature back soon. Then we just start Goings until the new guy is ready to carry the load and hope that maybe Shelton shows something.

We can not afford a guy like Sean Alexander or Edgerrin James and truthfully as quickly as running backs wear out I do not want a guy like that.

No to Clarett, No way in hell Richardson allows ex con Lewis in here. Curious though what would it take to get Dominick Davis from the Texans when they get Reggie Bush?

Wouldnt it be better for the Texans to trade that pick for a later first round .. a second round and maybe a 3rd round pick...
I think i saw where Davis was signed to a healthy contract already..

Do they even get the first pick ?

Lewis's crime was years ago and he's behaved since. It just took this long to go through the legal system. I think his current attitude (lost aggressiveness with bad prison experience, or whatever) and health would be the issues.
