I Know alot of Bears fans around here and they all want Harris GONE. Pretty much like him in run coverage where he is a solid playmaker, but his coverage skills are pedestrian at best.

Are you sure you're not talking about Green? I know of Bears fans that didn't hold him in high regard, but I haven't heard a lot of negative talk about Harris. I don't think he has great cover skills either, but they really don't need that out of him.

Anyway, it's just fan chatter. Green is an okay player, but he was expendable for Chicago, and Seattle needed to fill the hole left my Manuel's departure.

Nah, there refering to Harris. My cousin specifically would have liked to see Johnson in there over Harris...the only difference between them is Johnson is White, otherwise they are basically the same player.

Don't see the upside to that. If they're upset about coverage skills, Johnson is definitely not the guy you want to see in the game. I like Chris Harris' ability and effort level. He replaced Green in last season's opener and kept the job. Todd Johnson is a good special team guy, and more of a fit at SS.

No, and pretty much any statistics you want to choose will show that. But I realize that at this point you're just seeking to argue with me about anything you can, and are acting on your embarrassment about earlier suggesting that the Bears' biggest need in the draft was safety when most people knowledgeable about the NFL would find that laughable. Mike Brown and Chris Harris certainly aren't the best safety tandem in the league, but they are above average.
