    at this point, macs are better compared to dells than to windows machines. and compared to dells, they're much nicer. very clean design and, while a with fewer options, in general a much more well-built machine.

    and the iMacs are kick ass

    AutoDesk does not create Autocad for the MAC. Nor does it seem wise to buy a faster computer just so you can run windows inside of OSX.392739005 just so you can run one program.

    why everyone doesn't run screaming as far as possible from windows makes no sense to me.

    If a software company besides Adobe embraced Macs, I think there would be a turnabout. They are prettier.

    Guys I share an office with when in Charlotte are Mac fanatics who take every chance they get to make jabs at Windows. What they don't understand is that unlike them, if I had to describe myself in 20 words I wouldn't say shit about the computer I use. They however define themselves by the fact they use a Mac.

    They have just as many problems if not more with their machines locking up and such. They just get real quiet afterwords.

    You pay a premium to join the Mac club and get a few pieces of cool standard software. They don't get that fact. They think they get free software.
