    I live in Seattle now and I can tell you that the knowledgeable NFL fans here were depressed when he signed with Carolina. I smiled quietly. He is a quality guy with a good mind and damn good talent. Too bad we couldn't somehow get Trufant too.

    I'm too tired to go look up a name, but another defensive player also mentioned they came out flat and gave Miami 14 points right off the bat. I miss Eric Davis - he might not have gotten loud about it, but he never hesitated to tell it like it was. If Lucas has to step up and be a leader, so be it. Someone needs to.

    And rag on him all you want, but right now I miss the hell outta Moose.
