    you might know what it means, but a lot of people think that players will 'restructure' their deal to stay with the team while taking less money. it just doesn't really happen that way. I was simply pointing it out for those that don't understand that.

    can't not have a plan. I mean, not everyone succeeds just because they have a plan, and I don't know that Gettleman should be beholden to someone else's plan.

    I just realized Gamble is missing from their "active contracts" tab... going to recheck and see if he's the only one.. also some dead money guys.
