IDK, Id like to see what he could do at OLB, he was originally drafted for that spot.

Anderson was disappointing this year I thought.

Would like to pull of a trade but again 2 years with long term injuries.
Crazy that TD was the one we could count on.

Id really love to see all 3 starting.

We already saw him out there before when he was still healthy and he sucked. He ruptured his Achilles, something that prevents a lot of guys from ever recovering their former level of performance. If there was no salary cap then sure, keep him around and hope for a feel-good story. But right now Beason has a hell of a lot less use to this team than DeAngelo.

I do not share that opinion. He wasn't as visibly involved, but I don't recall him looking bad in any games either.

I don't think you'll save that much. Beason's contract guaranteed 3.75 mill of his 2013 salary.

I know it sounds crazy but I'd be willing to live with the CBs (even without Gamble) if we can grab a stud DT and then move up a little for Matt Elam. Elam is freaking NASTY and we need a S.

Personally I like Josh Thomas quite a bit. Let the other dudes fight it out for the #2 CB spot.

I do think WR is a need but I'd rather wait and target Marquise Lee or Sammy Watkins next year.

He has a good nose for the ball, but he goes for the big hit way too often. Maybe you could teach him to wrap up, but I'd rather not take the chance.

You musta been watching a game I missed. This guy is a wrecking machine and was everywhere in that bowl game. Also saw him against Tenn and Fla State and he is just a monster.

Barron was a great prospect but Elam stood out more to me. No shit.

Also maybe take a flyer on Tyrann Mathieu in round 4? Probably nickel CB at best but he can back up the safeties too and play sp teams.

Even the announcers in that bowl game talked about how Elam was always going for the big hit and needed to wrap-up more. He often tucks his arms and goes for that shoulder collision that kids see on "Jacked Up!" instead of wrapping up. There were quite a few times in that game where he hit a Louisville player with his shoulder and expected the collision to knock them down instead of wrapping his arms around them and taking them to the ground.

More like 6th or 7th. He was never a great pro prospect to begin with, and he really seems like a headcase at this point. How do you keep getting in trouble after you've already been suspended?
