    What if he stayed in the division? I can see him going to the Falcons just because it's close to home. He'll prob keep his family here.

    I didn't see any scenerio that I looked good when Smitty was done with Carolina. Team toughness just halfed.

    You don't have to look too far back to see how horrible of a decision it is. The passing offensive was almost non-functional without him when he got hurt against the Saints. Yeah, Cam and Hixon bailed us out on that last drive and we needed 80 sacks just to beat a horrible Atlanta team, but we've already seen how much shittier the offense is without him on the field.

    I'm not so sure I'd take Denver out of the equation especially should they lose Decker. I think Smitty would be willing to take a pay cut to catch balls from Manning and have another shot at a ring.

    Fuck these guys. I will not go to a single game this season if they get rid of Smitty. It is dumb as shit and I'm really surprised JR is letting them treat Smith like they have. Fuck em.

    Steve's production has not slipped as much as people think. ********** Shula is THE major reason his numbers are down. He was fine with CHud.
