    Are you keeping well qualified spiders from holding a position, or creating a hostile working environment, based solely on them being spiders? If so, then yes.


    You are free to say whatever you want in this country. And you are free to lose income based on what you say. The NFL is in the entertainment business.
    Making money in that business means having as wide of an appeal as possible. Which means being as offensive as Buzz Lightyear.

    I'm not arguing that....I just think 'homophobia' is a misnomer. Why is it not Africophobia when it's done to black people? Or, Latinophobia...etc.

    Gotta love the NFL. You can run over people, kill them while driving drunk, get caught with hookers and blow, run a dog fighting ring, punch your assistant coaches, beat up teammates, be involved in shootings in strip clubs, get arrested on gun and drug charges, beat your wife, just about anything is fair game except saying something about ******s on twitter....

    I think your beef is with the criminal justice system in 7 different states and the FBI, not the NFL.
