    I mentioned him in November as a possibility. I don't think of this as unexpected.
    FWIW, another guy on my list, John Dorsey, apparently has the job in KC if he wants it. Have my doubts about him wanting to leave GB.

    yeah, he joined as pro scout after the lockout ended, he was with Weinke during the lockout so he worked with our guys.
