    i wonder what his story has been to the police this entire time. if he's always copped to bangin' her, that's one thing, but if he's had to change his story, it's not good.


    you have to ask yerself, tho, why would a young stud like kobe have to force himself on anybody.


    they say there was force envolved, but i wonder if that could be "intimidation" as well. face it, the guy's 6'8" and a professional athelete. that's an imposing figure.
