He is a lot better than anyone we have besides Smitty. Still he has a lot of baggage and I doubt we would even consider him.

true he's better, but he'll expect big ass money for slightly above average. I won't even say good, because he's no longer even that.

He is not all that great any more but he would be a nice fit for us. He compliments Smitty in that he is tall and a possession guy. He probably will want too much money. If I knew he would sign for a reasonable price and that he would not be disruptive I would take him in a heartbeat but those are some big "ifs".

It was reportedly a contract dispute. And as much as I dislike Keyshawn, I'd take him. For the most part you can manage the headaches he causes, unlike T.O., and I have great respect for KJ's willingness to go over the middle and make the tough catches. Honestly, he'd be a pretty significant upgrade for us. I'm a little torn because I do dislike him a lot, but it would help the team as long as he isn't asking for the world.

And if Jake hangs him out like he has some others, it's only Keyshawn. I would like to see him here. He's a player.

Of course, I would take Rae Rae if he could catch and get out on work release.

It would take some getting used to. I hate the fucker. He's a nice possession reciever, but in his prime even he wasn't half of how he saw himself. But with Smith here and him clearly being our playmaker, perhaps even The Ego can be controlled.

I'd probably have to throw up though.

Only if we are going back to the Mark Richardson theory that we get a whole bunch of guys who used to be good.

It's not like Keyshawn really declined all that much. As Piper notes, he was never that great, but he does now what he's always done, which is to go over the middle and consistently make the tough catches in traffic. He's the definition of a possession receiver, which is something we can use.
