    So I'm assuming that if we made this signing, then the probability of picking Davin Joseph in the first would increase a great deal.

    I don't know about that. Even with Adams that still gives us a minimum number of adequate LBs unless you want to include Ciurciu. LB would still appear to make more sense unless the team has already soured on Mathis, but I doubt they're locked into any position, really.
