I really don't care what he's 'done for us' in the past. I mean, I like him and he's a good guy, blah blah blah.

But if the fuker kicks another OB or misses a FG under 45 yards in any post season game (or does in a losing effert before), I'm gonna be calling for his ear plugged head.

I really have wanted him to be canned since the SB OB kick. There's just no excuse for that shit.

We've been plenty over the top loyal to him. Now his leash should be short, because he's been at the end of a long one for a while now.

It's sure looking that way, isn't it? The roster could look very different next year.

Where the hell did that come from? Sam Mills played here for what, 3 years? I mean I'm glad he got the statue and all, but jeebus man, it's not like Kasay has sucked ass for all these years. How many game winning field goals has he made vs. how many he's missed?

I don't know what would be more embarrasing. Having a statue of a kicker that has been here too long or having the PSL owners in circle of trust or whatever the hell they call it.

No shit, man. I mean--all these posts bashing him and his religion...all this fuck him and yadda yadda ya....quoting "what hes done for us", as if spitting on that thought....pretty fucking embarrassing for Panther fans. Sick shit, man.

I don't know about a statue - I think Sam represents all that the Panthers want to be (so does Richardson since riding new players around often includes stopping right in front of the statue), but I think the next guy to get one will have to be special. Of course Richardson & Kasay are close, so who knows. John's career may be declining though he was kicking well early on so it's not like he's been bad all year. But I don't think you can take all he HAS DONE POSITIVELY over the years and just say "he sucks". I'm all for looking for competition for him next year should he return.

And a side note, it really pisses me off when folks bash PSL owners. Bash wine & cheesers all you want, but remember there are a lot of PSL owners who aren't wealthy, struggle to pay ticket costs each year and go to every game, stay the entire time and make noise. And that some of us have good memories and when we know about available tickets, we hold grudges too! :ylsuper:

I don't feel that Kasay was ever really that special as a kicker, but he was pretty good for a long time and was always a good representative for the team. Good for him, but he doesn't appear to have "it" anymore, so it's time to move on.

Is that why you sell them to scalpers and the other fans?
