Its not a bad point though. Not to seriously build a statue, although there are worse candidates. But hes meant so much to us. I dont want him to go, so I hope like hell he shapes up. BUt yeah, he mightve lost it.

I hope like hell not. Its hard to find good kickers, and he was an elite one for a lont time.

Kasay's long FG game seems to have left him lately. Hope that's just a slump and not the end coming quite yet. But how does kicking off help? Wasn't part of Baker's upside that he could handle kickoffs as well as punts?

well, he missed it, but he didn't hook it. the out of bounds thing, i'd like some kind of explanation on what the fuck causes that because it sure seems rare - except for him.

FUCK THAT!!! They start to put a statue out there for John and I will blow the thing up. Sam Mills set the standard for that one. John may talk a lot of religious smack, but he has not walked the walk. His chances ended the night he shanked a kickoff OB in Houston and has gone downhill from that point on.

Save the bronze, bring back Opie!!!

LOL. But the statue can't just stand there, like Mills. Think he'd be in mid-kick, like a Rockette?

or with his head bowed and his hands on his helmet after squibbing one out of bounds.

You forget how many wins he got us in 2003, there would have been no playoffs let alone superbowl without him. I do not know about a statue but honoring him in some way would be good.

That being said I think he is about done. He has lost his range and does a bad job on kickoffs.

yeah I'm just fucking around. If i'm not mistaken he leads the team in points scored, historically, and yes he has won many games for us.

His kickoffs have always been short, even when he was in his prime. I was surprised to see a touchback yesterday.
