    If he gets 51%, he's staying. He'd be a fool not to.

    And if they don't offer 51%, then they are even dumberer.

    From what I am hearing, they want to set up a board of directors for DEI, even though Jr. will have 51%, it won't give him absolutes.

    That may be a hurdle, considering he hates the way Teresa has done things to date.

    His sister says he hasn't been offered 51% yet.

    “All conversations have been between Max and myself in the past few weeks discussing various ideas and alternatives understanding that Teresa is not willing to give up 51% of DEI for nothing,” Elledge said.

    There's no way DEI can't give Jr. what he wants. That would be corporate suicide.

    Teresa doesnt "get it". If it wasn't his dads name on the company Jr. would already be gone.
