    Rucker plays for us still?

Oh yeah, I thought I saw a #93 cause a Brady fumble, but I didn't think it was Rucker.

Other than one year has our D been that much better?

fukin A, we got the best D line in the league, three of the best LBs, and some badass secondary. We even going to the SB, according to SI and others, IN SPITE of J Delhomie.

I suggest you watch our D play to form an opinion instead of believing everything you read. None of what you describe has been on the field at BofA Stadium.

In a perfect world it would be great having them play on the same team. (The Colts, sorry).

Freeney was getting doubled then tripled teamed against the Browns and still managed to get his hits in. As someone who gets to watch both players every week,I would give a slight edge to Freeney. However, I love to see Julius play on Offense, aka "the Fridge".

Freeney is the best defensive end in the league at this point. He's not well-rounded at all, but he has the most impact by far. When judging Peppers based on production and not talent or potential, he doesn't even crack the top 10. That's just a fact, it doesn't mean that I'm not happy to have him. Julius is one guy we'll never have to worry about getting in the headlines for the wrong reasons (knock on wood), he's still young and could get better, and he's starting to be more of a leader on defense. I just want to see him play better on the field. But until he does, Freeney is the better end by a fairly significant margin.

If there's one thing I like about Collin it's that he's not a Homer who wants to sugarcoat the truth.

So does Dungy drop Freeney into coverage? He seems to have the speed to do it, but again I just have not seen enough to know whether he does or not. Perhaps some of the scheme is conspiring against Peppers being better. I agree with Collin in the other thread that Peppers should just have one goal in life right now, get to the passer. I think he gets an upgrade right off the bat if they can do that...
