My virus scan told me that this was infected and I could not clean it. I deleted and it told me to restore it from my back-up.

Then deleting it was the proper thing to do. What was it wanting me to restore?

Probly just a generic message. It doesn't look like you have restore anything, unless it's something you need or the PC needs.
