Jose Canseco admits to using sterroids

did anyone hear this on the page this morning. i guess he is writing a book (someone else is doing the actual writing) in which he admits to taking roids and will name the names of others that he knew were taking them. He took them in both pill and shot form. Let's guess the names...here's a couple

What the leagues view toward the taking of Steroids and shit?

It sad to hear that player need to take that shit to keep there lvl of play up.

Its used in all sports. Just some get away with it while others get caught. It will give you an edge but the after effects are not woth the risk. The pressure to get to the top and stay on the top are emense. The quick remedy in the beginning can be a nightmare in the end!

Even though it's against the law, it's fair to use in baseball? Just because they don't test for it in MLB don't make it right.

I think MLB wants they're players to use it. I think they want big, strong athletes to run faster, hit farther and throw harder. I wouldn't doubt MLB actually pushing the use or even providing means of getting these drugs to the players. Over half easily use it? How many pills is that a year anyway? (A question for BigMark) Those pills don't go missing unnoticed. Same as the juiced ball, baseball is trying to do anything they can to make the sport exciting, do you think the owners give a rats ass about the long term health of it's players? Hell no. They're losing money, they're looking at contraction, they want steriods used by they're players, they need more home runs, they need 100 mph fastballs.
