Just a thought -- should we be looking for 'JR' t-shirts under the guys' jerseys this weekend?

In 2003, the 51/58 shirts the guys wore could be seen faintly through the white jerseys.

Ready and willing to serve in this important mission!

On a serious note, Mr. Richardson and his family will be in my prayers. Too bad we can't make killers automatic donors. Why should Charles Manson still be alive when someone great like JR is battling to survive?

I met him once at a function and he was a very nice congenial person. You expect that but it's the truth. Charlotte and the Carolinas owe him a debt because he put us on the map in pro sports. We had basketball before the Panthers came to town but it's just not the same. The NFL gave this region a great deal of exposure. I like the way he handled the team by allowing the people hired to run the show even when things were going bad. It looks like the decision he made to keep Fox is right on.
