Truthfully we are 31st against the run. With Jenkins going down for year what will change?

Dunno. There's the chance someone could step up and play good head-up football, or there's the chance that having 4 inexperienced DTs on the roster now will mean we just get suckered and blocked that much more.

Jenkins was playing with one arm basically tied behind his back. He couldn't do much at all. Of course, that doesn't excuse the other ten.

The joint is structurally injured. That's the interpretation I got from the comments. Davis has no damage. He is recovering from surgery. He's fixed. Jenkins has all kind of damage, and it was getting worse. (My interpretation.) Once it gets beyond a certain point, you have to fix it. Kind of like a broken leg. You don't rest that, and see if you can play on it in a week.

well, comparison to a broken leg is more than a bit extreme. You wouldn't have a player playing on a broken leg for three weeks, or at all.
He shouldn't have been out there this long if it was this severe, no. But at some point if we're willing to put two players on inactive but not IR while we wait and see, for up to the duration of the season, we can sit Jenkins a game.
I do imagine that Buckner being hurt aided their initial decisions.

No point on risking Jenkins career on this. He is young and hopefully our anchor for many years.

We have just caught a lot of bad breaks this year, I kind of think it is cosmic payback for all those close ones we won last year. Anyway you have to just deal with it. "It is what it is" afterall :)

Yep, it does. Click on "User CP" like you're going to edit profile, sig, etc. The box on the left where you can edit all of that stuff is where the ignore feature is. It's under the "Miscellaneous" category in that box. It's the "Buddy/Ignore List" feature. Click on that and you can set up the ignore list.

Yes it is, but I didn't think of any others. I do think the injury got progressivly worse, and that medically, this was not a rest option. That was the point.
